Braving Mozzies and Water Monitors...

Yet another exciting fieldtrip from our wonderful Humanities students and teacher, Mrs Anna Hind! Year 11 Geographers braved the mozzies and the water monitors to conduct biodiversity counts at Howard Springs Reserve on Friday 10 September.

This enabled primary data to be collected to support their hypotheses and allowed firsthand experience in research and data collection. Geography offers the opportunity to learn inside and outside the classroom and is a brilliant subject that allows for experiential learning. Great work team!
