Following 15 years of outstanding service to the Good Shepherd Lutheran College community, this week we farewelled Mrs Tara Errity, longstanding College Director of Development.

A former teacher, Tara’s long-time membership of the Lutheran Church here in Darwin has seen her involved with Good Shepherd since its inception in 1998. She officially came on board as a member of staff in 2009 where she drove the community engagement and promotion of the young College, seeing it grow from 17 enrolments in its founding year, to over 1,100 students across its three campuses in 2024.

Drawing from her educational background and extensive community contacts, Tara has been a vital member of the College Senior Leadership Team and has greatly contributed to the growth Good Shepherd has seen over the years.

Working with countless students and families, staff, and principals, Tara has played an important role in shaping the Vision and Mission of the College. Our success is testament to her service and dedication, and we wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
