To lodge an application, please complete an 'Application for Enrolment' form for each child and submit this together with a copy of your child’s birth certificate, immunisation records and copies of their latest school reports and NAPLAN. If your child was born overseas, we will require a copy of either their Australian Citizenship or current Visa.
You can pay the once off $60.00 fee over the phone / counter with reception, or by direct deposit, (Good Shepherd Lutheran College, Account: 155 408 BSB: 035 318, Surname as reference).
The completed paperwork can be dropped off at any of our three campuses, sent by Fax - 8983 0333 or emailed: firstname.lastname@example.org. By lodging sibling applications at the same time, you will only need to pay the one $60.00 Administration fee.
Receipt of this form does not guarantee a place at the College.
If applying for ELC, please complete the 'Early Learning Centre Application for Enrolment' form, and 'Application for Enrolment' form. We realise this is a lot of information to document and appreciate your time and effort in getting all required information to us. Thank you.
